How to play Bible bingo
- Give each player a card and something to mark squares with.
- The caller reads words from the caller's list in any order, ticking each one off.
- Players mark a word when it's called. The middle square is free.
- The first to complete a row, column or diagonal shouts "Bingo!" and the caller checks the card.
Before you call a word, give a clue or a fact about it and let players guess. It turns a game of luck into a quick review.
Good to know
- Most Protestant Bibles contain 66 books: 39 in the Old Testament and 27 in the New Testament.
- Psalms is the longest book of the Bible, with 150 chapters.
- The shortest verse in most English Bibles is John 11:35, "Jesus wept."
